It is our top priority to keep our customers at their maximum productivity, with minimum down time. The two year, on-site warranty reflects this commitment to our customer, with no additional costs.”
The two year, on-site warranty includes parts, labor and travel and is backed by the GEI WideFormat service team. GEI WideFormat is a leading service provider in the wide format industry. North American operations include over 80 field engineers providing timely and effective solutions to service needs. GEI WideFormat customers can feel confident that their warranty is maintained by factory trained and experienced engineers.
Customers also have the option to extend their warranty to five years at very affordable rates.
