Colortrac authorised distributors are trained to service and support Colortrac products and normally stock frequently used spare parts locally.
Spares support for discontinued products cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the scanner range, model and age.
Spare parts are normally available for a minimum period of five (5) years after volume production ends.
